What We Do?

Energy Expenses

RCOM's primary focus is to reduce our Clients' Telecom and Energy expenses. We are your outsourced negotiation team, using our vast industry knowledge and internal data analysis expertise to deliver significant expense reduction to your organizations' bottom line. Our fees are self funded through the savings achieved. When we do identify these reductions and you approve our recommendations we share the savings with your organization and manage these ongoing expenses over the length of our 3-year agreement.

We perform a three-stage process as we analyze our Clients' Telecom Expenses:

  • In the first stage, we reconcile the Telecom Invoices against the Customer Service Records & Contracts looking for billing errors. When we find an error we document it, track it back to the Statute of Limitations and negotiate a one-time payment (we get half). This process generates about 15% of our revenues.
  • The second stage is to analyze the Telecom Expenses as they are today, obtain best prices available and produce an Executive Findings & Recommendation Report. 98% of the time our Clients authorize us to implement our recommendations. Only after we implement the recommendations and provide supplier invoice proof does the clock start for sharing the savings 50/50 over the length of our agreement.
  • The third stage is to look at the technical infrastructure for additional economies. Often we find under-utilized lines or lines that have zero use. We analyze our clients Voice Lines, Data Circuits, Internet and Cellular Phone Service for efficient ways to reduce costs through better network design.

Utility Cost Analysis

The three stages rolled up into what we call the RCOM Telecommunication Expense Reduction Plan™, and 90% of the time we reduce the expenses by 20-50% while 70% of the time we never change vendors.

Our relationship continues as we check in quarterly to validate the savings and look for further cost reductions over the life of our analysis.

Every error and overcharge we find leads to money that could be invested back into the assets that matter most to your business.
