Plan Configurations

RCOM offers a variety of Plans to meet our client's analysis needs. Each Plan delivers a comprehensive analysis report; each Plan offers a distinctly different payment approach; each is tied to the actual expense reduction achieve by RCOM's professional analysis.
The most common Plan is the RCOM Telecommunication Expense Reduction Plan™. This plan is a straight forward contingency based plan which is founded on one simple concept, If we don't save you money, you owe us nothing. RCOM's clients pay nothing until we show them the actual expense reduction on their service provider's invoices. Commonly this is referred to as a Self Funded Plan. In this program we monitor all telecom expense for 36 months.
Some of RCOM's Clients require the RCOM One Time Analysis Plan™. Again this is a shared savings approach. RCOM views our clients historical telecom records, identifies the errors, omissions and overcharges, calculates the total monthly expense reduction and applies typically a factor of 12 to the monthly savings as our payment. Often, after our report is delivered, our clients retain us to manage the implementation of our recommendations.
Occasionally RCOM's Client's internal regulations require them to develop the telecom analysis as a "Project". In these situations RCOM works with the Client under the RCOM Project Analysis Plan™. Many times it is necessary for RCOM to work within the Clients set project terms and conditions and complete all analysis under set time tables which is typically one year. In these cases RCOM's fee is determined by a flat percentage of the clients annual telecom expense. The Client pays 50% upfront and the balance upon delivery of our expense reduction findings. Many times RCOM returns the following year to repeat this process.
